Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Returns for Motorcycle Parts
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging with all included components.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or special-order parts that have been specifically modified or tailored for your bike.
- Electronic components (such as ECU tuning kits, fuel controllers, or sensors) once installed or activated.
- Dyno testing, tuning, and exhaust fitment services, as these are labor-based and non-refundable.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- A returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- A return is made after the 30-day window, at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
